Bagas Kaffa dan Bagus Kahfi bersama-sama mengasah bakat sepakbola di sejumlah tempat seperti SSB Nagapakca Magelang, SSB Putra Harapan Magelang, GISSI Cabang Magelang, Akademi Celo Magelang, dan Persada Bromo FC. Bagas dan Bagus sangat disiplin, selalu datang dan tidak pernah terlambat.
"Sebenarnya mereka itu striker kembar. Tapi kemudian karena bisa di beberapa posisi dan luwes sehingga ditempatkan di posisi berbeda," ujar Yuni. Balik perjalanan dalam dunia sepakbola, Yuni juga menuturkan adanya lika-liku yang harus dialami Bagus-Bagas dalam urusan pendidikan saat hendak menempuh jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA).
Pada awalnya Bagus dan Bagas ingin bersekolah di SMAN 5 Kota Magelang, tapi pihak sekolah baru bisa memberi keputusan usai menunggu arahan Balai Pengendalian Pengawasan Menengah dan Khusus (BP2MK) Wilayah IV.Setelah resmi tercatat sebagai pelajar di SMAN 5 Kota Magelang selama 3 bulan, Bagus dan Bagas justru dapat tawaran gabung ke Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Pelajar (PPLP) Sumut, yang sudah melahirkan sejumlah pesepakbola berbakat Indonesia.
